35 Nylon String Folk Harp (Andy Rigby’s design) $2,500
I built it in about 1994 at a harp-making workshop with Victorian harp-maker Andy Rigby. It has a sitka spruce soundboard which gives it a lovely tone. The timber is Tasmanian Blackwood with a matching plywood for the soundbox. Its three legs to allow it to stand when not in use. There are no cracks and it is in excellent condition. The harp comes with a padded canvas bag to fit and a tuning wrench. The two broken strings will be replaced. It has no levers. Andy’s similar harps made today cost about $4,400.

Harp Trolley
Custom made out of lightweight aluminium for a Salvi Dianne pedal harp, but it will fit most pedal harps. It looks a bit weird but it is designed to make it easy to get the harp in and out of a car or van. You simply park the harp against the tailgate and then lean it in. The wheels make it easy to slide in and out + provide some padding.
It has 2 fixed wheels on the bottom. The wheels on the top are inserted just before putting the harp into the vehicle. You can either lay the harp on it's back - insert 2 wheels, or stand the harp on it's end - insert just one wheel. This means you don't have to lift the harp into a vehicle. You just tilt it in and then roll it on the wheel(s) depending on how it fits into your car.

The sound board is western red cedar and the column is reinforced cedar. The harp is black and the column is spiralled.
It has a range of five octaves (36 strings), from strings 1 to 24 (top to bottom) are Nylon, 25 to 29 are wound nylon on nylon and strings 30 to 36 are bow, brand lever wire. 1.5 Meters in height.
Made in 2012. Comes with 8 top strings, a soft, zip up cover and wheels for transport.
