Harp Society of NSW Inc Advertising Policy

The Harp Society Committee reserves the right to determine the suitability of material in all its publications including electronic.

1. Newsletter

1. Harps and harp related items may be advertised, free of charge, by Society members, non-Society members and businesses.
2. The maximum size of any advertisement is ¼ of an A4 page.
3. An advertisement should contain:
   1. a brief description of the item for sale
   2. cost
   3. contact details including email address
   4. a small photo of the item, if desired

2. Website

Individuals (with a personal email address)

1. May advertise harps and harp related items free of charge.
2. The maximum size of any advertisement is ¼ of an A4 page.
3. An advertisement should contain:
   1. a brief description of the item for sale
   2. cost
   3. contact details including email address
   4. a small photo of the item, if desired

Businesses may not advertise. However, the Society offers to include a link to the business website if requested.

The Society’s facebook page is a vehicle for communication and the exchange of information.
